Craig Kahn came highly recommended to me, by a family friend. He had sold their mother’s home, after another agency had failed. Last December, after my mother’s death, I too was forced to sell the family’s home, since 1963...Built in 1895, the 2 story house needed some modernizations....to make things more difficult, my wife and I live in Texas.. Craig looked at the house “AS-IS” and priced it accordingly..he arranged to have a buried unused fuel oil tank removed. He got the necessary paperwork to our family attorney for the closing on March 6th...an amazing 76 days after the house was listed...and best part was I was able to stay in Texas..
